You're asking a couple different things here.
Google does keyword matching based on what you type. So if your friend types something in Russian, Google will only look at pages which have those keywords, which most likely will be on Russian websites. Now, let's assume you're in the US and your friend is in Russia, and you both type in the same English phrase? Will the results necessarily be different? Yes and no. No in that you'll likely get fairly similar results; yes in that there is some weighting towards local results (e.g. your friend's first few results might be from a Russian site that has that English keyword). |
