You're in a tricky situation, seems to be that she is quite similar to a 'friend' i know - who happens to manipulative as well. She's guilt tripping you into staying with her, and that's not healthy at all.
This could be also why she is depressed, you're literally the only one she contacts, her insecurity is preventing her from making any new friends. I suggest you take a break in this friendship, keep in contact if you want but be careful, depression spreads like the plague and in the long term, you could be affected as well. Don't forget about her, but if she isn't replying - don't reply to her, because she may be doing this on purpose to goad you into staying with her. Don't fall for it, best of luck
