Nope ... that's why if you don't want anyone to see your posts you go to your privacy and have them only show up to who you want ... like your friends.
There was a thing going around that said it will tell you who is looking at your page but it was fake. Usually one has to be a friend to post on your page if you set your privacy to do that ... but anyone can send you a message.
