Megapixels is just the size of the picture. Autofocus is a standard feature on compact cameras. If it's not autofocus, it's focus-free. Either way, you don't need to meddle with focusing. Zoom if lacking can be walked instead. At $50, you practically get a toy camera (sorry, I didn't bother with the link). To get a better camera, spend more on it. Remember that in photography, you get exactly what you paid for.
