No, it is not a sin to wear makeup, to do your hair, or to wear stylish clothes.

My sister used to dye her hair green. My other sister -- a quite legalistic woman -- said to me regarding the other sister, What do you think GOD is going to say about Suzie's green hair? I responded to her, I think God is going to say, Green is one of my favorite colors.

God judges the heart, not the hair. God judges the mouth, not the eyes. Out of the mouth proceed the matters of the heart. It is not what you put into your mouth that condemns you, but what comes out. Life and death lies in the tongue. Get it?
