You're gonna be tight getting a very new good galaxy phone for the budget you have, and believe me the last thing you want is a galaxy ace they really are terrible phones.
I would personally get the galaxy s2 even if it is used because it is still a very very good phone and much better than the lower budget galaxy phones.
