i m facing a problem in free classified sites about "Promote your ad, what is this? how can i solve this?

I check the following classified ads link, it is not recommended to promote your ad. There are two dropdown menu- one is for featured ad and extended ad, select both the options to none and then post hit the post now. After the page loads and show you a message of confirmation of e-mail. Confirm your e-mail and your ads gets published.
