how can i go back to the old version of instagram?

In my situation, I downloaded the new update through my phone, and not on my computer + I didn't sync it after either. So I'm not sure if this would work for you in whatever situation you're in.

What I did was delete the app from my phone. Then I plugged in my iphone to my computer and just added the app back through Devices -> (whatever your device is called) -> Apps, clicked "Apply", which led to it syncing, and there! Old instagram theme~
