You are both immature. You say you don't go through his phone, but you read text messages and logged into his facebook. That's real logical. If you're the jealous type, most of the guys out there won't stand for it and you'll find yourself alone more often than not. He's a flirt, clearly. Why don't you just go to him and say look, we're two different people who want different things. We're better off not being together. That way I don't feel like I'm violating your privacy by going through your messages and email and you don't have to flirt with girls in secret. Pretty easy, you just need to step up to the plate.
