I've been doing SEO for my website since pretty long, but I can not see any good results now. Any quick tips?

For optimizing my website I do the following:
1.On-page SEO
2.Image Optimization
3.Search Engine Submission
4.Social Bookmarking and Community Submissions

What else should I incorporate in the process for quick results?
Specifically for SEO based on keywords?
