An employee with a Bachelor degree with the responsibilities you described should probably be in a salaried position earning at least $30,000-$35,000 annually.

Salary numbers are difficult for outsiders to estimate because every company and job is different. Also, high cost areas like NYC, Boston, Chicago and LA require additional pay. Look at salary.com to get ideas.

Regardless, a college degree warrants much more than $8/hour. Begin brushing up your resume.
