After getting the back glass replaced, my iPhone 4S rear camera is super cloudy and washed out?

I shattered my white iPhone 4S, then went to a highly recommended kiosk in my local mall that does iPhone glass repairs and color changes. I decided to get a color change from white to black, so my phone is now black, which I love, BUT now, my camera is SO cloudy and I know it's Because of the new lens that is on the new black glass on the back of my phone. My friend took the back off of my phone to see if the camera cover on the new phone glass was dirty, but it was like the lens was frosted! It would not clean! Should I take it back?
