ë˜‘ê°™ì´ ìƒê²¼ì–´ì˜ literally means look the same. There's no subject pronoun because it's not always necessary to use subject pronouns in Korean. So it could be you (or it) look(s) exactly the same.
The adjective 같다 means the same and 똑같다 means identical. People can also say ë˜‘ê°™ì´ ìƒê²¼ì–´, ë˜‘ê°™ì´ ìƒê²¼ì–´ìš” and they all mean the same thing. But some people use ë˜‘ê°™ì´ ìƒê²¼ì–´ì—¬ on the internet. And many girls (and some guys) use ã…‡ at the end of the verb ending to sound cute (usually when they text). And the Korean letter ã…Ž is like the letter h and ã…Žã…Žã…Ž means hahaha |
