If you're good at making slides (powerpoint) you could make a slideshow with pictures of your dance crew. Be sure to include a link at the end to your youtube channel.

Upload it to a site called slideshare. Optimize your title and description with your keywords. If you put a little bit of effort into it you could easy rank with it in google as slideshare rank really well in the search engines.
