You can explain the situation to the buyer and ask him to withdraw his feedback, but he may not do that. You can also contact eBay and ask them to remove the feedback, but they rarely ever do that unless it contains curse words or has threatening language in it. Unfortunately, you may be stuck with the negative feedback.

There are ways that you can boost your rating though. Some sellers list items for as cheap as $0.01 with free shipping. If you win a few of these penny auctions, you can raise your rating and earn more positive feedback. For example, if you have 25 recent positives, then that one negative isn't going to look so bad now.
