You know what you should do? Have one of those ceremonies where you get rid of everything he gave you so you have no reminders of him, I did it with a guy I liked once and he hurt me really bad and he was such an arse to me. It helps sooo much, I really think it would help if you start to try to let him go. Think of him as in the past, maybe he was acting like you two had great chemistry and saying sweet things because he was trying to have sex with you? He could have been doing that because I know some guys do whatever they can to get laid, it's really sad.

I think you should not write those sings for his band, I mean he is just using you. Dint do it, I think cut yourself off from him completely, but still be friends with his friends and see them and hang out with them normally but try to be invisible ti him, you know what I mean? I think once he sees you are completely out of his life he will notice what has gone wrong and then he will truly see how he messed up. I did that with a guy and no less than a week he came running back to me. So try that first.

I know getting over a guy is soo hard, I thought I loved a guy once who ended up trying to use me for sex and then I was heartbroken and I am still getting over him, so I know it can be so hard but never give yo it will only make you stronger. And YOU deserve better than an arse like him! Gosh I can't even believe the way men treat women sometimes! I reLly frustrates me you know? Anyway I'm sure he will see what a bug mess he made and I think that if you do that invisible thing I mentioned I think he will come running back. But you should also let him know first you will not write his lyrics, and then tell him goodbye and don't actually let him know you are never gonna see him again.

Also just be careful as well he might have also done it to get you to do his lyrics for him, or he will try to get back with you again to do them for him and then ditch you. Guys do that too. So just be very cavil around him, I think he also could have cared about you as well, but we will never know how he truly felt I hooe you get over him and find a guy who truly deserves you! ;D I know you deserve it!
