Was this feminist being attacked for her opposition to men's right activists ?
Or it is just a random attack?
And why did she think freedom of speeches should not be available for men's rights group?

Excerpt:
".....A Queen’s University student was attacked late Wednesday night outside her home near Victoria Park.

The fourth-year student was attacked by a man as she was leaving her home. She was repeatedly punched in the face and as a result one of her front teeth was broken. A “selfie” posted on Facebook also shows the student with a swollen left eye.

The attack came after the student had received several threatening emails surrounding her support for feminist activities on campus. Although it is unclear if the events are connected, the student wrote that the attacker was male and that he knew her name.

The Kingston Police are currently investigating the incident, which took place near Brock and Albert streets around 11 p.m.

Const. Steve Koopman, Kingston Police media relations officer, said that the officer in charge is not discounting the possibility that the assault was a hate crime.

The Queen’s Journal reported that the student “has been actively involved in opposition” to an event being hosted by the Men’s Issues Awareness Society (MIAS).

The student-run club is hosting a talk by Janice Fiamengo, an English professor at the University of Ottawa and a former-feminist-turned-men’s-rights activist."
