Having all three installed (even having them open at the same time) is no problem at all for more recent computers.
iE is a magnet for malware anyway, but is needed for MS updates: keep it, but relegate to those 'must have' times. Trying to delete it will almost certainly break down the OS and cause way too many problems...leave 'er in. Firefox, with the correct add on's, leaps ahead far and away from all others for security and 'personalization'. It can't be left in it's 'stock' configuration however, because Microsoft hacks make it mimic iE's security problems (active scripting). For security items, see my Official collection: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox...nbarpappy/ Chrome, because of it's pared down architecture, is fastest, but there is always the Google matrix lurking behind the curtain.
