BlackBerry Curve or iTouch?

I have a phone, a Samsung Galaxy S i9000 (it's an Android phone) but I want something new to mess with. Should I trade/swap my itouch 3rd gen (which has no camera) to 4th gen since it has camera already, hd & other new features especially the iOS 5 or a BlackBerry Curve 9300 3G since all my friends have BBs, I want it for BBM & other social networking reasons like Twitter since I'm a Twitter addict? By the way, I don't really use apps in my itouch right now. I just using it to tweet & why I like the itouch 4th gen is because of its camera (it has a secondary) but I think the Curve 3G cam is much better than itouch, right? & of course, instagram but I can install instagram in my Android, right? So, should I buy a BB Curve 3g (BBM, Twitter, etc.) or iTouch 4th gen because of its secondary cam? Help please? NOT CONSIDERING IPHONE BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORD IT AND OTHER MOBILE EXCEPT FOR ITOUCH & CURVE. THANKS AGAIN!
