In 10 days you cannot get ranking on Google. Min time period 3 months and also depends on keyword competition.
To get ranking is a long term process that needs proper website analyze and make it Google friendly and then we start building links to our website. I mean, we perform various SEO task but keep in mind about Googles Guidelines. If you do not follow these rules your website can banned and then it will not appear in Google.
