I hate my "friend" and I think he his is actually insane/bipoar, what do I do?

There isn't a good way to go about it tbh. If you don't want to remain friends with him, then stop talking to him, hanging out with him, responding to his texts/calls etc. Or start acting a cold towards him. Sooner or later he ought to get the message. He sounds a bit like he's seeking attention. If you're his only friend he shouldn't be saying 'fuck you' to you. If you don't want to cut him out of your life completely or want to improve your friendship, then tell him you'd like to speak to him about how he treats you. If he doesn't listen, then at least you can say you've tried.
