What can I do to solve this in a win win situation.?

you know whats really annoying its when someone cant spell or use punctuation that crap is ok on twitter where youre limited to so many characters but in paragraph form its just confusing. So yea like stop doing it.

There is no win-win for you, there is only lose-lose.

You got a contract signed, but you didn't keep a copy for yourself. That means there is no evidence at all that you paid for the damage you caused. Your word is not evidence, it's just your word. And your word is worth nothing in court.

I know you're asking for support, but nobody here can give you any. We can tell you that you did a good thing by offering to pay for the damage yourself, but that's all we can do. A court of law only cares about documented evidence, not he-said-she-said testimony. You're screwed.
