Yes, Facebook has lots of tools for web developers, particularly a simple like button.

Log into facebook then click on the developer link at the bottom. You will find what you need there, depending on what platform you are building your website around - something like VB or Wordpress would see you create a quick 'app' with Facebook and use a plug-in with the generated key - all really simple and facebook has some great step by step guides.
