Like someone said, if she's talking then she is interested. It seems like you're hitting it off with her so thats a start. Now at this point you have 2 paths.

1. Become friends
In this case, you'll ask her about her problems and so forth. In which case, you'll be her confidant. Not bad, but if you want her, you can't take the turtle approach. But this would yield dividends 2 years from now, if you want to wait

2. Ask her out
I don't mean on a date. Simply, try hanging out in person more often. From experience, 1 or 2 good outings with her is enough. Girls decide from the getco what they can get out of a guy. You still have time because she's really talking to you. So in 1 of these 2 outings you need to be alone with her. Just so you guys hit it off. Make it like a date without calling it a date. In other words, act like a bf, hod hands, flirt, be close and all that. This can be either the first or the second outing. In the other one, try to get some of her gfs or your mutual friends. Preferrably more girls, and less guys (so you're the only option). Her gfs will like you and if you have thieir approval, you have the girl.

It should take about 2.5 weeks at most. You want to hit it off with her, get close (physically). You get emotionally close with her friends. By that time you should be close enough for it to feel like a relationship, and all thats left is to ask her out.
