Yes Google knows your IPs. There's a lot of debate as to how having links from the same IP affect SEO. For example:

I have about 100 domains. All of them in the same host, all of them in the same IP. If I link between them, how will Google evaluate this. I've seen experts (gurus) taking both sides of this argument.

How I combat this? I focus on relevancy! I only link when it's relevant. I focus on building website for People 1st and for Search engines 2nd... I've found search engines don't buy from my sites often enough... Smile
