Just let her know, you want to get to know her. First investigate her by googling or FB. Find out as much as you can! The most important is does she has a boyfriend which you can find out by social media. Slowly let her get to know her and then confessed.

However if you dont want to do all that. Just go and ask her which I doubt she will turn down a guy like you.
