My mum doesn't know about my Instagram account?

My mum doesn't really like social media. I'm not allowed Facebook or Twitter etc as she thinks its unnecessary.
But I made an Instagram account in secret.
I have a personal account, which I follow my friends on and a few youtubers and celebrities. People I don't know are following me as I have set it public.
I have 99 followers, and I am thinking of setting it to private when I reach 100.
I also recently made second account, just for quotes etc. That is also on public.

She nags me about spending too much time on my iPod, and she blames my dad for buying it for me (divorced).
One of my friend's mum's had discovered I have it, and she asked me about it a few days ago. I really don't want a parent to accidently tell her about it.
I kinda want to tell her about it as I feel guilty, but I'm worried she'll get angry. She would probably confiscate my iPod and tell my dad, which I DO NOT want to happen.

Then again, I could just delete both accounts and ask to have one with her permission (answer would probably be no)
Or just delete the accounts and not get a new one.

Opinions on what I could do would be great!

Also, she is currently considering me getting a GoodReads account and Pinterest, as it would help my sister with her business (author).
Don't know if that would make any impact?
