Hello, First thing i would say there are always shortcuts and easy ways to be on top but then they fall down quickly also. So buying followers through some site, paying money, no real follower all this is consider as spam activity. Why to do spam when we can build real network by our self branding. Those who do this activity they contact that website, pay them for certain number of followers and after that they get followers in their profile they are fake ones mostly.
