Can't upload pictures to Instagram?

I thought I was the only one having this problem!
I have a Samsung Galaxy S II and haven't been able to upload pictures today at all. I tried restarting my phone and installing Instagram again but nothing works.

Must be a problem with the App on samsung phones since my brother has a samsung too and we just tried uploading on his phone and nothing.
