What on earth is "Sin cola"?

There appears to be a few different uses for sin cola. Sin cola means without tail but can also be used to mean without traffic jams or without waiting in line. When there is a traffic jam they use a frownie face.

Then there is also the use of sin cola for waiting in line and a new software that helps people stop wasting their time in line.
