Boyfriend does this after sex. Confused?

There could be many reasons why your boyfriend behaves in this way after sex. Could be he does not like the intimacy of afterwards and cuddling makes him uncomfortable or awkward. Perhaps there is guilt over the deed itself, perhaps he simply likes to get finished so he can move onto something else. None of this helps you so you need to sit down face to face and be honest with him, share your feelings and likewise, get him to share his. Open communication is the key to any relationship and if you both want/need different things, you either a) come to a happy medium and some level of flexibility from both of you, b) you accept your differences and do not expect anything else or c) you go your separate ways.

If this relationship is important to you, you will speak with your boyfriend so decide if you are willing to put in the time, effort and emotional energy. If the answer is yes, be open-minded and do not judge him, and if the answer is no, free yourself to move forward. It all comes back to what feels right for YOU.
