I have Centurylink DSL, and I've been having an issue lately.?
FYI, I have the 10Mb down/768Kb up plan. About 2 weeks ago, I went to speedtest.net, and did a speed test to the closest server, and it came back 10.10Mb down/720Kb up, ping 10ms. Which is exactly what it should be. However, a week later, I did another test, and it came back 10.10Mb/720Kb up. Awesome! BUT!! The ping is now in the 50ms range. What??? Fast forward to this morning. Tested again, same DL and UL speed, but ping is still in the 50ms range. What could be the problem? Could it be on my end, their end?

P.S. I've power-cycled the modem (PK5001Z) and router (Linksys EA3500) to no avail. And all tests were done to the same server from the same PC.

Thanks!
