Should I Just Move On?

I have been talking to this guy for already two months now and he's usually texts me first good morning, asking about my day, how I've been or what I am up to and at times I'll text him too. We went on a first date a month ago (we made out and held hands), he'll usually mention that we should do a lot of things together but never actually sets a time/day up and just says yeah we should sometime :-P or he says he wants to try my cooking/cuddle and he'll say he misses me. (noticed on first date he's cheap)

Last Sunday we texted each other and towards the end I just didnt respond because I was out with my friends and our conversation wasnt going anywhere.

Yesterday he liked my facebook profile picture...just confused on if he likes me or not...should I text him or wait a little longer until he misses me? (it's werid because we usually talk to each other every day except last week)

btw we are both in young 20's he's a little older
