What SEO efforts can my employees do?

This is what i do when working with companies and they want to do some of the work in-house.

I would first assess their skill sets. Then select from any of the following projects to have them work on:
-guest blogging
-comment on blog posts
-social media sharing of your content
-create new domains and then link back to your site
-participate on forums

If you have a few skilled writers of students that write then have them guest blog. If they have no skills, give them the easier tasks of sharing the content that others write.
