This is one of those products you have to speak to loads of people before you get a bite. You have to give business cards to everyone who will take it, Give out samples. Eventually you can build a customer base. But if you are not comfortable talking to strangers to pitch your product it isn't going to work.

List them on ebay slightly lower than retail.

Keep with the facebook promoting.

Check out youtube for marketing tips.
