my facebook is temp. down i need help?

it says It looks like someone else may have accessed your Facebook account, so we're protecting it with an extra security challenge. For your privacy, your account is also temporarily hidden from the site. but it wants a code from a cell phone i dont have n e more... wat can i do please help
it doesnt have cant get code button dont u think i would hit that!!!! duhhhhh
i tried everything u guys told me.... wont let me log in... n no one else can see my page either
