With new Facebook privacy settings, how do you HIDE "Pages" section in the profile?

when you are on the Facebook home page when you are not signed in there is the four lines and 3 drop down boxes and under that it says "Create a Page for a celebrity, band or business". All you have to do is click the "Create a page" button and it is exactly like making a profile for a person.
