She just has some trust issues and wants be the only girl in your life. Just reassure her that she's the only one for you and help her to trust you. You are allowed to have friends that are girls and you say you didn't do anything bad, so you shouldn't feel guilty. Girls get jealous easily and question a lot. She probably has had some problems in the past with trusting guys and them betraying her trust. Just talk it through and be honest with her.
