Any reliable software/solution to prevent OS Attack?

My company is using certain kind of hacking to monitor remotely. Problem is, my privacy is compromised when I am online off the job hours. Sure, no one would like to be monitored when they are viewing their Facebook accounts or such stuff.

Symantec End Point protection reported this as "OS Attack.." Unfortunately, that does not seem to work any longer. Maybe they have cracked it.

Any codes/programs, any security software?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
