Facebook allows you to import blog posts to your notes - is this what you mean? To do that, go to "Notes" then click on "My Notes". On the page somewhere there should be something that lets you Import a blog. If your blog site allows you to publish an "RSS" feed then you need that address.You should be able to get the address of the RSS feed from the people who provide your blog software or website.

Otherwise, you can put the address of your blog as your website in your profile.
