Does people get notified now when you download their pictures off their facebook?
I heard a rumour of Facebook that people now get notifications if you download/save as their photo to your document (not onto Facebook).
Is this even true?

A creeper? I am just curious, as there basically isn't much difference to having them on Facebook already and your pc.
