What would you think if another guy left this message on your significant others Facebook page?

I've been with my girlfriend for about 5 months now, she recently added this friend and then he posts this message to her page. She hasn't said anything about it and neither have I. What would you think?

I should add that her page does say "in a relationship" with me.
