Can students be punished for talking about principals on twitter? (state of tx)?
There is a principal at my highschool that goes on twitter and looks for students and reads their twitter posts. Some are punished for things they say about the principals. Is this legal? Faculty aren't allowed to add us on facebook. Wouldn't that apply to twitter, too? I'm just curious.
