The term "vs" is a comparison. Market "A" vs"Market "B".Also used in sports such as
Lions vs Tigers. Idiomatic is a term apparently to mean abbreviation as in "etc.","ie" or "P.S." The term "vs" is an abbreviation for versus. If vs is meant to mean of....then "of " should be used. Business is NO place to use "Lingo" or internet terms or idiomatic phrases except that which has been well established by the international business community. Lingo is used a great deal at such dull witted sites as "Twitter" because they only allow something like a 140 characters to write.( ex: G2G) means "Got to go! Ads |
