If I'm RECEIVING child support and I OWE arrears on another case, will they take my child support to pay that?
I'm recently divorced and I have custody of my son. My ex-wife is going to be PAYING ME child support. I have a child from a previous marriage that I PAY CHILD SUPPORT ARREARS for. My question is; Will they take the child support that I receive to pay the arrears that I owe in a separate case in a separate county?
