If I'm RECEIVING child support and I OWE arrears on another case, will they take my child support to pay that?

If you are paying currently I don't believe anything will change, the support you receive is for the child you have custody of, as I said if you're paying then that is a court ordered agreement that won't change. However if you're not paying your arreages then they most likely will take it but they will inform you by mail if that's the case.
