is it illegal or a chargeable offence for a parent to cyberstalk children other than their own?
My mom and her friend are checking other peoples children and telling their parents what they write on Facebook, she said oh we should anonymously to her mother to check her Facebook is what illegal?
I meant they said we should anonymously email her parents to check her Facebook and are checking all of their friends to see what they post, pictures statuses and everything
