How to get rid of Windows Family Safety without being the administrator?

It does sound like you will need to speak to a parent (or a user with admin privileges) to remove or turn the filter off. Obviously with you being "just a kid" it would be wise for there to be some sort of Web filter in place if it is not possible to supervise you while you use the net.

You could suggest they install a less invasive product like SafeSearchLock which won't block sites but will force the strict safesearch and family filters on for sites like Yahoo, Google, YouTube, Bing, Flickr etc. for all accounts on the machine and all installed browsers. Parents/admins can use a password to turn it off if they need to but to be honest, I leave it running all the time on mine. It can be very embarrassing to do a Web search for something innocent only to be confronted with adult sites or images - especially if someone else happens to see your screen at the time!
