She's only trying to be friendly and is most likely very nervous to make a good impression with your family,I felt like that before I met my boyfriend's family properly
Despite that though it does sound kinda creepy to me
Maybe she doesn't realise she's trying too hard?
Best thing to do is bring it upto your brother in a light and friendly way and see what he thinks about it Smile
