Are the cast members of the Big Bang Theory running the character's Twitter accounts?
There are a couple of accounts on Twitter based on Sheldon, Leonard, Raj, etc. Are they actually manned (can't think of a better word for it) by the actors who play them? Or are they just run by fans?

Weird question, I know, but its been bugging me.
